This style of meditation encourages you to practice meditation anywhere you can sit with your back supported, head free.
There are some amazing guided meditation and apps out there. But, they are not necessary for this style of mediation.
Meditation helps develop the ability to still your thoughts, not emptying your mind or causing it to go blank. It aids in your ability to 'observe' your thoughts and emotions. Learning to notice and pause rather than react.
Like anything else, meditation requires practice. The positive effects are worth it and develop with time.
Like eating and sleeping, meditation is self care.
